It is over. The first 1-hour Q&A session with our community!

We held an AMA with our awesome 0xUniverse community members where our team (mostly our CEO Sergey) answered a lot of burning questions. It lasted an hour and we hope to see more such events in the future.

Just to give you an overview, we’ll list a number of questions and answers our 0xUniverse discord saw the other day.

Q: Do you work in sprints and how do you measure when an update will take place…so many sprints per update?

A: We work using the Agile Method following a weekly rhythm.

Q: If you or another team member would personally play as a user, would you be able to progress much faster knowing what you know, or is there total randomness in the process?

A: No, there’s no need to worry, we are all on an equal footing.

Q: Are you planning more off-chain gameplay with future updates and 0xBattleships?

A: We’ll connect new and more convenient wallets. Soon we will start accepting PayPal. There are a lot of interesting things to do in order to be able to attract more players not yet well familiar with blockchain. All in all, our other games will be more off-chain and this will positively affect everything. The experience we have gained allowed us to find a balance between off-chain and on-chain.

Q: How “crypto winter” affected you: it must have been really hard you have kept the project going regardless?

A: We are on the verge of a big bang. We are waiting for the moment when games with open economies will be available to everyone. For us, the main question is when this happens – in a month, a year or five years. We’re trying to speed up this process as well as we can.

Q: What happens when the 1 million planets are found?

A: Very soon you will find out. The game will not end. In fact, the black hole that was recently found is the key to the future of mankind.

Q: Have you considered an internal currency?

A: Yes, we have and keep doing that. It’s hard for us to figure out how to use our own coin so that it is justified and benefits everyone. If we were a scam it would not be a problem. But for us, reputation matters a lot, so we are still in search.

These and many other questions have been asked and answered. We do plan to keep on having such chats with our community on a regular basis. If you’ve enjoyed it, feel free to visit our Discord. We’re looking forward to the next Q&A already!
